Sia and I have a saying, "Every Sunday." This means...We should do this on a regular basis because it is fun...but we will likely never do it again but we definitely want to.
Every time Sia drives to the Rez he rents a car...this last trip Avis gave him a brand new convertible, PT Cruiser. I did think they were ugly and Siamak always turns his nose up at an American car but we had a blast riding around cranking up the music and just "cruising". The car is actually fun, cute and worth a second look. We "cruised" on up to Park City to eat breakfast and check out the farmers' market.
A funny highlight - we saw Mark Eaton at the Farmers' Market...He is a Giant. Setareh walked right next to him and didn't notice that the top of her head was at the bottom of Mark Eaton's bottom. He is literally a Giant. Oh yeah, I also ran into Roz and Joel Rappaport who didn't recognize me and it took me a few minutes to remember them...but they did remember to say, Tracy would be happy to hear that they ran into "Freckle." Until today, I had forgotten how much fun it was 20 years ago driving around in a convertible all summer. I was Sayeh's age. Those were the days of a Freckle in a Blue Jeep. Here are the pictures of Freckle, a Couple Kids and Siamak in a Blue PT Cruiser. Doesn't quite have the same ring to it but it felt just as fun! Every Sunday!
