I think you are supposed to write down your dreams down to reveal your inner most thoughts, feelings, fears and ambitions. I just woke up from a rather bazaar dream - I am pretty sure I know what it meant. I haven't posted about our last leg of the San Francisco trip when we stopped in Tahoe to have dinner with Al, Christine and baby James. I have been meaning to post about this because I have some very cute pictures. Don't ya think..So my dream...Sia, the kids and my parents we were all visiting Al and Chris and the baby. We were going to go out to dinner in a Canoe but baby James was staying at home. I kept thinking this was so strange, Christine makes all of these incredible parenting decisions but she doesn't hire a babysitter? In my dream Christine reassured me James would be asleep the whole time and not to worry. For some reason we had to return to their house after a few minutes and sure enough James was asleep but the house was filled with 8 year old boys partying and making a 
mess - I kept telling them to be quiet and I was still shocked at Al and Christine because they thought this was normal. James woke up and all the kids went home. Christine let me hold the baby and I fed him some soft green beans - James loved it. We put the baby back to sleep and again we left in the canoe and the baby home alone . More strange in the dream Siamak and I had coordinated purple clothes to wear- he was wearing my favorite old purple suit thing that has some stains but I can't wear anymore because I stretched it our from wearing it while pregnant. Some of the conversation that occurred in my dream was Christine telling me, she types an agenda everyday for James to follow and whatever he accomplishes great - what he doesn't no big deal she will put it on the next day. That's all I remember.

I think parenting is really hard - I know Allon and Christine are great parents and baby James is definitely thriving! I might be a bit jealous of their organization and routine. Everything works differently for people as parents: quiet, noise, food, etc. -I am honestly thrilled for Christine and Al and their parenting adventures and it is a pleasure getting to know my nephew. I am not quite sure what the dream meant exactly but I do hope I will get to feed baby James green beans in real life one day.
