British Boy -Teletubbies and the English National Ballet

So, Jared pointed out that Princess Diana was very much a generational phenomena. I was 10 when Diana and Charles were married. Visiting Grandma Malky and Vilu in Denver, I woke up at 6am to watch the Royal Wedding. I think at 10 you are just over wanting to be a Princess yourself and just beginning to understand the world, marriage and the glamour of becoming the Princess of Whales.
Since then I have always been fascinated with the Princess and as a social worker, understanding what a humanitarian Diana was. I remember feeling saddened and shocked by her death. Today on my way to a shower I was flipping through the channels on the TV and fell upon, The Concert for Diana in HD. Again, I have been mesmerized and fascinated. The music and interviews are quite interesting and in HD wow! The very best part of this whole thing is Arian. My quite normal 2 year old never stops. He is always in motion (even in his sleep), he has been talking non-stop lately and he only likes to watch Teletubbies on T.V. - even then he is only still for about 7 minutes. Setareh and I have been watching the concert all morning while Arian has been pulling things off the shelf and playing around the house. When the English National Ballet performed a scene from Swan Lake, Arian sat enthralled and did not move during the whole performance! The boy is a big fan of many things British!
